Conditions of booking

Payment

* Prepayment:
The hotel will charge 25% of the total amount at the time of reservation. You will be charged the 75% balance, at least 5 days before arrival.

* Cancellations:
If you cancel or change your booking up to 15 days before arrival day, you will be charged 25% of the full booking fee.
If you cancel or change your booking less than 15 days before arrival day, you will be charged 100% of the booking fee.

* Meals:
The price of this villa does not include meals.

* Credit cards accepted: VISA, EURO / MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS

 

Additional Information

Guests are kindly requested to inform the hotel of their estimated time of arrival at least five days in advance. This can be noted in the Special Requests box when booking or by contacting us directly. Our contact details are on your booking confirmation as well as at the top of this page.

The hotel accepts credit card as a guarantee for the reservation. In addition, we reserve the right to pre-authorize your card before arrival. All payments must be in cash.

For pool heating there is a supplement daily charge of 15 Euros.

The keys of the villas are kept in a key-safe at the entrance. We will send an e-mail with the code of the key-safe, the password for the Wi-Fi and a map showing the route from the airport to the Villa, 5 days before arrival.
